Administrative Assistant Needed; Applicants will provide support to manager, other employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive. This position requires an individual to have a good understanding of Information Technology and Social Media. Applicants should also be a good team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, research and can easily generate and follow up on leads.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Lead generation and social media page management.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Meet KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) related to selling efforts and customer calls or visits.
HND In Field of Expertise
1year of sales or administrative experience in a business consult preferred.
Strong written and verbal communications skills with prevalent professional demeanor. Excellent presentation skills.
